Guys & Gals: If you want to improve your game and your fitness (no matter your ability level), join your neighbors for some instructor-led cardio tennis. If you’re wondering what cardio tennis is: It’s a combination of tennis drills (with an instructor and a ball machine) and a cardio/fitness circuit (ladder drills etc.). As far as the fitness circuits are concerned: Take them at your own pace. Members and their guests. Over 18. Mondays 7:30 – 9:00pm from May 6 to May 27. 4 sessions for $100. Sign up here
